Pubs for darts in Oulu
Hi,
are there any pubs where it is possible to play darts? I play E-dart, so not with steel tips. But if there is none, I would also be happy with steel darts.

Not sure what dart model you mean, in Finland I only see and play sometimes the real British darts. There is even darts league, clubs and competitions including a professional Finnish open.
Check out the next place, it might have darts: Karjatupa in Rehulantie 1.

Tourist information
As a tourist you may need a map or just good info. Oulu's info is located in Torikatu 10. It's open from
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
If Info is closed try to find Oulu this Week-catalog from bar's or library.
Oulu in the winter
The winter. It can be very cold, up to -30C. You will love Oulu in the summer but visiting during the winter will be a real experience. You get to see snow, lots of snow. And you can ski and skate, or make snowmen. The picture here is a color picture taken around 10 am.
panOULU - free townwide WLAN internet
Oulu is one of the few cities in Europe having a townwide free WLAN network. You can log in and just start surfing for free. Even inside public buildings like the Oulun Energia Areena (the stadion of Oulus Icehockey team) or on the ferries to Hailuoto there are access points.

Movie Theater Star
If you want to go to movies in Oulu, you have three option. Two of them are part of Finnkino, the biggest movie theater corporation in Finland. But there is also one private movei theater called Star and there you can watch some special movies which are not that well known. They show also popular films there, but the best thing is in Star is that they have lots to offer. Not just American films and 'big' names.
There are also good, soft and comfortable benchs=)
Star is located in Tuira, on the North side of Oulu river.
