Considering the Hotel Cap Europe in Strasbourg?

Strasbourg, as befits the home of the European Parliament, is a cosmopolitan city and very welcoming to visitors. Almost everyone speaks English, but of course it's best to learn some French before you go, if only out of politeness. Contrary to legend and my own expectations, the French in Alsace were extremely patient and friendly even with my parents, who to my embarrassment refused to speak a word of French!
