Tastes from Alsace
We stayed there during 1999. We booked the hotel via Internet, so when we found it, we're delighted. It's a typical farmstead from XVIII century in the village of Entzheim, close to the airport and just only 10 minutes from Strasbourg.
Highly recommended.
Unique Quality: French, german and english spoken
Great beer
Flowered balconies
Parking OK
Silence...(you will only listen the church's bell, once an hour)

Between the airport and the city
This is a fantastic hotel built within the walls of an 18th century farm. There is a very relaexed atmosphere around the area and staff do speak some french (although I made the most of the opportunity to practise my language skills.
Unique Quality: The rooms are located around a courtyard and I was fortunate enough to have a small balcony opening out to this central area. They are beautifully furnished and the ceilings have the original oak beams on display. There is an excellent restaurant within the hotel that is open to both hotel residents and non residents.
Breakfast was a feast of different breads with different jams to accompany them ... and delicious hot chocolate.
