HOTEL-RESTAURANT AU MOULIN DE LA WALK: Quiet and epicurean
Unique Quality: Set on the northeast edge of town directly next to where an old mill was set on the Lauter River, the hotel makes an ideal site to either head into town along the little river or to head deeper into the woods - lots of walkers and mountain bikers pass by here. Rooms are quite comfortable and meals are very good. Michelin gives the place a rating as 'good money value' which I can quite concur with.
