The Ibis in Bayonne is probably the same like all others of this chain. Rooms are large enough as are the bathrooms.
You have the standard features like tv, aircon and phone. Try to get a room with view over the Ardour river towards the old town.
There's a restaurant in the hotel, but I didn't check it out.
