For our first two nights in Bordeaux we stayed in Le Trianon hotel in Rue de Temple, close to Place Gambetta in the city centre. It wasn't the most luxurious place we stayed in during our trip but it was great value and was in a very central location. Our room had TV, shower and bathroom but breakfast wasn't included.
