Grand Hotel de l'Europe: Fantastic place to stay

This was the first hotel we walked into when reaching Saint Flour. The owner was speaking English. She gave us a room on the First (European) with a huge terrace overlooking the valley and meadows.
Room itself was magnificent. NIcely decorated with everything you needed to spend enjoyable evening.

Unique Quality: As a bonus after coming back from an evening walk we were presented with magnificent huge double rainbow right outside our terrace.
What could you need more if you have comfortable room, bottle of wine+ cheese in your hand and you just made reservation in most fabulous restaurant in town for dinner????? Life is great!!!

Oh, and the owner will speak really good English only if you are nice and quiet and say "hello, I would like a room..." in French :-)
