Citotel Arverna
A small 2* hotel in the very centre of Vichy. It's on a one-way street so it's very quiet at night. Besides, the rooms have double glazing.
Being only 2* the rooms were very comfortable. 18 of them (out of 26) even have A/C, all are equipped with shower/wc or bath/wc, direct telephone, free of charge secure WIFI access, most with flat LCD televisions and satellite TV.
The hotel provides an extensive breakfast at only 7,50 euro per person.
Cars can be parked in a secure garage, near to the hotel for 5,50 euro per night.
