The Top Hostel of My Trip

Being that I stayed in many, many hostels along my 6 1/2 months, I have a wide rangin knowledge of what characterizes a good hostel and what makes one a horrible hostel. The Family Home was the BEST hostel of my entire trip. It was cheap, but that did not stop the service, nor the quality of amenities. The rooms were of the cliche "spotless" type, along with the bathrooms and communal area. The beds were really comfortable and they provided nice, soft, huge down comforters to lock out the cold. Wonderful. They did have movies, but most were in French. That, obviously, was okay, seeing that we were in France...

They had a large, free breakfast and washing facilities that were cheap and good.
