Cheap, clean & central

We stayed for only one night in Honfleur and hence needed to stay somewhere nice and central, and preferably cheap as we would only be sleeping and heading off in the morning. We decided on the Etap Hotel as it ticked all the boxes.

Ok, yes, Etap is a chain hotel, but it is cheap and right in the heart of Honfleur. There was even parking! Service was basic, but you don't expect much in this type of place.

Unique Quality: The rooms were clean and a bit of a novelty actually. There was a double bed and a single bunk bed above it. The toilet was separate and reminded me off an airplane toilet. The door next to the toilet opened to reveal an unusual shower cubicle. The sink was located in the main room.

In June 2006 a double room was 44 euro and a single room was 38. Breakfast was an additional 4 euro. It was pretty good accommodation for the money and I would stay in an Etap hotel in the future.

Q: Hi!
Does anyone know of a nice but not expensive hotel in Patin or in whichever of the 12 districts in Paris is nearest to Patin ( I don't know which one it is)?

From Pantin the nearest Paris' district is the 19th (of 20)
Can you be a bit more precise : what do you call cheap (50 Euros, 100 Euros, less, more) ? what do you call "nice" ? A first answer, look at : http://france.hotel-vista.com/pantin-hotel/ or http://www.accorhotels.com/accorhotels/index.html
those are standard chain hotels covering a large price range (Etap Hotel : basic motel type, Ibis : 2 stars, ...),
You may also look for an hotel in the 19th, near Parc de La Villette
