Self catering accommodation: A perfect little holiday home
There were a number of places and things we wanted to see in this area and found a suitable looking house on the homelidays.co.uk web site that we could rent for four nights.
It is a single storey house in a residential area close to the town and the beach. Totally refurbished in June 2010 it provided excellent accommodation for us though it could have taken up to 5 people.
Everything was brand new, so spick and span, and the owners had thought of everything.
Although smaller than some houses we have stayed in over the years it is definitely one of the best equipped for self catering guests.
Five adult bicycles and 2 for small children are provided, also a good supply of indoor games and toys.
Also included - a fast wifi internet connection, but for relaxing on the deck, or in the large garden there is ample outdoor furniture.
I would definitely recommend this house which is well located for exploring the D-Day landings beaches as well as the lovely Normandy coast and inland villages.
Plenty of spacious accommodation, thoughtfully furnished and equipped, lovely grounds and ideal location. On the road to Cabourg but very quiet specially during the night.
