Pierre-et-Vacances Residence Le Green Beach: Holiday Resort near Port-en-Bessin-Huppain

We stayed here for a week in April in 2010. It was not our first choice, but the apartments we booked were not finished and our travel agency booked this for us as an alternative. Our travel party consists of two, but we do prefer separate bedrooms. At the moment of booking an apartment with separate bedrooms was not available, so our travel agency agreed to pay for two one-bedroom apartments. We had this confirmed on paper. Arriving at this resort however they would not give us two apartments, although we had it in writing that they were booked for us. At first, they would only give us a one-bedroom apartment, after a long debate (including getting the manager) they agreed to give us a two-bedroom apartment, although they thought it was not necessary.
The apartment was meant for six (with an extra bed in the living-room), but it was very small for six.
For this being a 4-star rated resort, the service was very bad and the apartments were not what we expected of such a resort.
