By train.

will give you times and details in Engish.
Journey takes around 6+ hours, and there are changes.
For fares as well as times & details (in English) look at the Belgian railway website

An alternative would be bus from Antwerp to Paris, and then train to Beaune. I'm not sure this would be any more direct, ionce you had factored in transfer from Paris Gallieni bus station to the railway station.
Train times fom Paris on bahn.de as before or the French railways website (in French, but easy to use):

Given your other question about getting from Paris-Nord to Paris-Lyon, I suspect you already know: Antwerp-Brussels, Brussels-Paris (Thalys), Paris-Beaune, i.e. 2 transfers is the least you can have.

Travel Tips for Beaune
Chateau de Rochepot
by Beausoleil
There are chateaus in Burgundy too. You don't have to stay in the Loire. A very pretty chateau near Beaune is La Rochepot. This is a pristine chateau (no ruins here) with guided tours. You wait for your tour in the lovely flowered courtyard and can climb to the ramparts for wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. (On the D973 SW of Beaune)
The tour guide we had was very personable. He spoke only French but we were given a paper guide in English. I discovered if I quickly read the English first, I could easily understand the guide. I even managed to answer one of his questions in French!
After the tour, we looked for lunch and found Relais de Chateau de Rochepot just down the hill in the small village. You can eat outside or inside and it was chilly that day so we ate inside by the cozy fireplace. Our meal was wonderful and I highly recommend it. The restaurant phone is +33 (0)3.80.21.71.32
The chateau is closed on Tuesdays. You might check the web site before going. Chateau info is below.

Walking : the ramparts
by PierreZA
Beaune should be visited by foot. It is not that big, and is the best way. You can actually walk all around the town and see many parts of the original wall. The entrance 'St Nicholas Gate' leads into Liberty street, which continues to the centre of town.
Most sights are within the 'walls' of the town.
