Hi,
I have two days in Brest and I need some advice on how to get the best out of my visit. I want to see beautiful sandy beaches and natural beauty. I won't be driving. Please can you recommend something spectacular?

In Bretagne, there are many spectacular sights. The northern coast line (Pink Coast because of the colour of the rocks), Mont-Saint-Michel (take a train from Brest to Rennes, then see bus services at www.lescourriersbretons.fr
To be honest, a car would be best. You could rent one for a day, and explore the south coast. There are celtic landmarks, and beautiful nature sights.

Thank you. Bibus has an interactive map which helped me plan the trip. I could not find a decent printable tourist map of Brest on Google. Not to comfortable driving on the other side of the road - so I'll stick with buses and trust my legs :-)
Any recommendations for vegetarian food in Brest? (Indian, Chinese, Middle eastern or french?)

When I returned from this trip, I offered to send some post cards out to friends, I just want to put it on record, that , those cards that I sent out to some of you came from this shop. Most beautiful cards and special envilope from here.
Oceanopolis is a very well thought out aquarium and you can easily spend a day here. We went in the afternoon and left 3 hours later. It is divided into 3 main areas: The Arctic, Temperate and Tropical. There are some wonderful viewing windows for the seals in the Temperate and Arctic areas. Also in the Arctic area there are penguins which can be seen diving in the water. The Tropical area has many beautiful fish, sharks and so on. Ther are areas also for the children outside, to play on such as a 'ship'. The cafeteria serves the usual sandwiches, crisps and drinks, but nothing spectacular. However it was a lovely day out whether it's raining or not.
