Just halfway between Roscoff and St. Pol de Leon, a short 10 minute walk will also take you to a sandy beach, this b + b is ideal for anyone catching or disembarking from the ferry port at Roscoff. This is part of a working farm and such, you can buy "pink" onions and potatoes at silly prices compared to the shops. Of course this is the region where the old cliché of Frenchmen on bikes with strings of onions started, known as "Johnnies", making their way across the English Channel to sell their wares in Plymouth and the region. Breakfast is part of the price and, believe me it is well worth it. There are two bedrooms in the main house full of trinkets (some would say junk!!) and a mobile home in the garden that could eventually sleep 4. All rooms are at 50 euros inc. b'fast for two. This was the 2nd time we stayed here, and the price hasn't moved in 2 years.
Lovely garden, woken up by the birds (sometimes a tractor) and close enough to Roscoff for an easy ride, or even walk, it's only 4 kms.
