Nice Budget Hotel
This is a budget hotel with good beds and reasonable service (the room was cleaned everyday). The staff was very polite and they accept dogs. The hotel is near the center and close to some good restaurants. It's also a short walk to the train station.
We didn't notice any bedbugs at all (and, from experience, we know them when we see them) and the shared bathroom facilities were kept clean. All and all a good deal for the budget traveler.
