"Abbaye des Vaulx de Cernay" Hotel: Stay in the State Forest of Rambouillet
It was very calm and relaxing. Nobody disturb you !
Unique Quality: You enjoy wonderful rooms with charming ancient decoration.The hotel has a such extraordinary architecture !! ...and do not forget to go to the "Prior's table" restaurant, you will not regret !!

Abbaye des Vaulx de Cernay Hotel: Baron James Suite... Now Known as Baron Steve's!
This was my room the second night... really! I couldn't believe it either! But there I was and I only wish the night could have been longer at 500 euros per night! Luckily, it was on the company tab as there's no way I could afford to stay here otherwise... I consider it now as purely dumb luck that I had this experience! I may never have such a place to lay my head again, but I had it once! By the way... I slept like a baby! :-)

Abbaye des Vaulx de Cernay Hotel: An Experience Like No Other!
My stay here was most memorable from the close quarters of the first night to the luxurious expanse of the last night! I'm glad I went from cramped to canaverous rather than the reverse! Honestly, there was nothing to complain about here as both accomodations were good and had I not experienced the Baron James suite, I would likely have given glowing remarks to my "closet" room! lol It doesn't take much to please me...
Unique Quality: The facilities, the grounds, the lake, the view, the scenary, the place itself... it seemed to be a sanctuary only 50km from Paris and 22km from Versailles... who knew? Someone had an eye for a lovely land and property in 1118 and it remains just as pristine and pleasing to the eye today!
