"Napoleon"

Ajaccio's number one claim to fame was that Napoleon was born here. There are monuments in his honor, and you can visit the house in which he was born.

"Quiet backstreets"

There are museums and the usual things to do in Ajaccio, but wandering the narrow alleys and finding a local restaurant was my favorite.

"Napoleon again"

This monument is on the edge of town, and if you take the toy tourist train, it stops here for a few minutes, allowing you to get out and stretch your legs, or take a picture of the emperor's likeness.
