This hotel is conveniently situated in the centre of the town and has a pleasant location overlooking the marina. However, it is not very comfortable and I wish we had stayed at the Casino Hotel at the same price instead. The room was clean but very spartan and cheaply furnished and the bed had a lumpy matress. There were no tea and coffee making facilities. Our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the harbour but we could not benefit from the balcony because the weather was a bit chilly and the heating wasn't on. The worst feature was the noise from the street from about 6 am - lots of traffic + construction. Again the Casino would have been better since it overlooks the sea instead of a main road. Also there is the advantage of proximity to all those slot machines!
