A good Location
We were very pleased with the location of the hotel on the sea front where we were able to park the car and do all we wanted to do in the town on foot.
It did not, at first sight, impress from the outside with its stark boat-shaped design - 70's?
But the reception area was spacious, clean and welcoming.
Our room was huge with two large beds, a table and chairs and all the usual storage furniture. We had great views over the sea front from the large windows.
The bathroom was more than adequate.
Breakfast was the standard petit dejeuner and there was no restaurant but as we were surrounded by eating places that was no problem.
I can't comment on price as we were on an inclusive deal which included the car ferry crossing
and was very good value for money.
UPDATE August 2010.
Friends who stayed here recently (on our recommendation) reported back very positively and were pleased with their refurbished room overlooking the front.
