good hotel for Rouen France
Stayed there in January 2007. Hotel is clean and well-staffed. Reception staff speak excellent English and were very willing to help. Room was medium size, and very clean. Bathroom very adequate. Only negative was the VERY small elevator to the upper floors (one person with luggage). Don't try it if you have any claustrphobia! Good value for the money.
Unique Quality: Across the street from the train station; only a few blocks to the historic section of town. Few blocks to metro stop. Lobby has small but adequate bar and restaurant for breakfast. Service was great.
