€95 for a double room (recently modernised)
€ 72 for a double room that has not been redone yet, but am told they are nice rooms too.
Room (€95) has bath, minibar, tv, hairdryer and coffee/tea making facilities.
Tip: the double beds in France can be lumpy (mine was fine here though). Ask for 'deux lits' (twin) instead of 'grand lit' (double bed) if you want to sleep well.
Parking through the hotel is € 8 per day. In the parking under Place Vieux Marché it is € 9.90 per day.
Tourist tax is € 0,60 per day.

text from website:
The superb location of the hôtel Dandy allows you to go for a walk to the place du Vieux Marché, as well as to the Rue du Gros Horloge which leads directly to the Cathedral.
Along your stroll you will be amazed by the charm of the quartier des Anticaires, the Palais de Justice, and two of the most marvellous churches in the city of the a hundred bell-toners, St Ouen and St Maclou.

My own comments: Indeed just 150 yards from Place Vieux Marché and its restaurants, bars and then the old city centre.
We found the hotel to be more English than French (mainly English guests and rather English-style interior). Breakfast (€ 8 in 2002) includes pastries, meats, boiled egg and various cheeses.
