Good location but cramped
Pretty easy to find if you have a GPS, there are some signs to the hotel. The problem is with the parking, the hotel has only one or two places in a parking used by locals - which are not very friendly as the concierge told us. We haven't reserved so I had to find a place in a public parking area. Good thing that after 7pm parking is free, but you have to get up in the morning and feed the meter from 9am.
The hotel is small, only 22 rooms. The elevator is very small and creepy, only two people and two pieces of luggage per ride. We stayed in the top floor - 4th - and the elevator only goes up 3 :)
Small and crushed room in the 4th floor, small but ok bathroom, small TV.
The hotel is part of a huge hotel chain - Logis de France - having 3200 hotels.
Unique Quality: Recommended for one night stay because of the location, 2 minutes to the Cathedral and 5 minutes from the famous watch (Horologe du Rouen).
Reserve by phone a parking place - anyway the parking is very very tight, creepy, as well as the elevator - very claustrophobic. Though they offer a discount for a close garage parking with 5 EUR between 5h30pm and 10h30am - showing they cared to make this deal with the parking for their clients. Careful that indoor garage closes at 9pm and you can't enter the garage until the morning.
