Chateau de Versailles

It is a palace with a very big garden. You can stay here for a day. Inside the palace, you can visit "The King's State Apartment", "The Queen's Apartment" and "Hall of Mirrors". I suggest you visit the palace first and then go to the garden. You can have your lunch in the garden.
Street's arts in Paris
by Klod5
In Paris, as in a lot of metropolises you will see many graffitis, but also of the very beautiful Graffs. Real artists appropriated the walls of the capital to express themselves. After all, it is more beautiful than a gray, sad and dirty wall, or that a palisade covered with advertisements.
I saw the most beautiful Graffs in the north districts of Paris, in the XXth precinct, or at the bottom of Montmartre...
A WORLD WIDE FAVORITE!

Do you remember being told that Princess Diana had been killed and how you felt then?
As we came upon this scene I wondered what the people were looking at.
"This is a memorial to Princess Diana." My friend told me.
A rush of feelings flooded back. The reality of all the newspaper stories was just in front of me and so was evidence of the sympathetic nature of the people of Paris.
Quartier Montorgueil-Saint Denis

The Montorgueil-Saint Denis Quarter, also known as the Pedestrians Quarter, is where I stayed in Paris when I lived there for a year. Located very centrally in Paris in the second aronidissement, it is surprisingly overseen and most people do not see the district! This is a great shame!! A lot of the buildings do not have elevators because they were constructed a long time ago but most of the apartments have wooden beams...a typically Parisian area!!
The streets of the quartier are all cobbled, which is a nightmare for high heels but adds to the beauty of all the cafes and the restaurants! Fois Gras can be easily found in most french restaurants in the area!! The principal street is Rue Montorgueil (there is a famous painting of this road in the Musee d'Orsay) where most of the restaurants are, as well as two fantastic ice cream shops! It is also a very fashionable and chic area, with a lot of designer shops.
I would definately recommend dining in this quartier, I have eaten in a lot of the restaurants and have never been disappointed by the ambience, nor the service and most importantly, i have never been disappointed by the food!
