I stayed at this hotel for a week in April 2010. I payed a fair price (not too costy). The room was very small and so was the bathroom. However, it was clean and the best was that the price included breakfast. Breakfast included pastries, yogurt, juice, eggs, cereal and some other staff, but my favorite were the "pains au chocolat". The hotel is located at a quiet area only two blocks away from Perreire train station. The hotel is about 15-20 min walking distance from l'Arc du Triumph but if you take a cab it's only about 5 min away and the ride is not expensive. I loved the fact that right in the corner there was an amazing "boulangerie" (bakery) that sells delicious pastries, perfect to take to the hotel after the long walks during the day. The staff was quite friendly.
However, I didnt like the fact that since the room was so small, I was not able to use my hairdryer since the smoke activated the fire alarms in the whole building....funny I had to use the one in the bathroom which was totally useless.
Unique Quality: Decent breakfast.
