This hotel has everything I want in a stay: great location, good service, clean room and an awesome buffet breakfast. It was so easy to walk to the Louvre from the Hotel. There was nice shopping and we were very close to the Opera Garnier and the Place de Concorde. The hotel itself is small with 130 rooms . Upon entering the hotel there is a nice sitting room, chek in, conceirge, library and bar on the main floor. Rooms are accessible by spiral staircase or elevator. Our room was on the third floor and had a nice garden view with french doors opening onto the terrace. The room itself was a nice size with a bed, desk and bathroom. The bathroom was a nice size and had bathrobes and slippers. The tub was a nice size and larger than I would have expected.
The buffet breakfast was realy incredible here. It was included in the price of the room. The dining room was very nie with waiters serving coffe and tea. We helped ourselves to the various breakfast items on the buffet tables. The spread included: assorted hot and cold cereal, cold cuts, cheeses, pastry, eggs, bacon, breads, fresh and dried fruits, yogurt, juices and sausages. On the tables were some nice preserves to choose from. Liz was in love with the Apricot and had enjoyed in before on her visits to Paris.
