The room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom in the room was modern. There was a small desk with tall ceilings and all was in order. A very nice room.
I stayed here for a week while taking a French Cooking class at Le Cordon Bleu. It is in a nice area of Paris very close to the Madeleine Metro. There are several top notch restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately, I was there in August when most of these restaurants are closed and I was not able to visit them.
The hotel is a five minute walk from Place de la Concorde, Jardin des Tuilleries, and another five minutes to the entrance of the Louvre. Rue Rivoli, with many high-end stores is right there as well. There is an English bookstore on Rue Rivoli in case you need to get some reading material.
