We stayed 11 nights in the Eiffel Park Hotel and had very few problems. The first day, our shower broke, and I found a maid to ask for help. She immediately went downstairs to arrange for a repairman to come fix it. Even the owner came up to talk to us and apologize! When we returned after sightseeing, everything was fixed and clean. Other than that, the only other problem was that we had a room on the street, so it was a little noisy. On the good side, everything was perfectly clean and cozy. The hotel is on an adorable little street, within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and Invalides. Also very near to a metro stop. There were great shops and bakeries all around, but then again, that's how you could describe all of Paris!
Every night we ate on the rooftop terrace. I enjoy buying food from markets and having nice picnics. Since food is more expensive at dinner we at at the hotel, and at lunch we ate out when it is cheaper. There were roses and flowers on the terrace, as well as several chairs and tables. We have very fond memories of our rooftop dinners!
