More about Best Western Premier Eiffel Park Hotel Paris
Small, but not bad by European standards.
by JohnnyGeek about Hotel Eiffel Park
Was the room on the small side? Yes. However, ALL rooms in Europe are small to Americans - that's just the way they are.
The Eiffel Park is a 30 second walk from a Metro station, a 5 minute walk to a major intersection with several excellent bistros, and a 10 minute walk to the base of the Eiffel.
Hidden away on a bit of a side street, there was not the usual ton of traffic running back and forth that you'd typically see on a main street - nice and quiet. The very large picture window opened wide, and added a very airy, open quality to the room. Important to note - the rooms have A/C (this is actually rare in older hotels in Paris), so those days that were too warm for the window to be open, were still quite comfortable.
Right around the corner is a Starbucks, and only about 100 feet from the front door is a laundromat. (Paris tip....there are laundromats everywhere. Don't take a suitcase full of crap to lug around - pack light, and do laundry in the middle of the trip.) There is a wonderful little rooftop terrace where you can sit outside and have your breakfast, or drink your evening coffee. Even more unique though, the terrace houses several beehives, and the hotel makes and sells their own honey. (Which is quite wonderful...)
What a Beautiful City

Our recent stay at the Best Western Premier Eiffel Park Hotel in March 2009 was very enjoyable. The hotel is nicely located in the 7th Arrondisement, which is close to many of Paris's cultural attractions; the Louvre; Musee D'Orsay; Rodin Museum; Invalides; as well as the EIffel Tower. All within walking distance, if you like walking. If not, there are two subway stops, La Tour Marbourg and L'ecole Militaire which are about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. A nice street to walk down is the Rue Cler, which has many outdoor cafe's, shops and markets.
The rooms are extremely clean, comfortable by European standards and nicely decorated. The hotel's breakfast consists of pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee or tea. Additionally, if the weather is nice, you may have this served on an outdoor terrace, located on each of the five floors. There is a bar in the lobby open 24/7, as well as the internet for hotel patron's use.
A nice restaurant right around the block is "Sud" located at 159 Rue De Grenelle, which features Mediterranean cuisine. The staff there was extremely friendly.
Definitely worth shortlisting.

The main thing about Eiffel Park is it's location. Which if you can read a man, is a stone's throw from most of the must see sites in Paris. If you plan well you can save loads on transport.
Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was tiny, and if my wife and I were travelling with large luggage it would have been a bit messy. However, as we werent it was quite comfortable.
Some reception staff were slightly more helpful than others, but English is spoken and overall the service was friendly, if not five star. The newspapers in the lobby and the wi fi in the rooms deserve a thumbs up.
Wonderful Hotel in the heart of the 7th

Everything was wonderful. The staff very helpful and friendly. Nice buffet breakfast which should fuel up those tourists for seeing the sites. The solarium is beautiful and we would love to visit again in warmer weather to sit out and enjoy this quiet spot. We think having the bee hive is a great idea and a wonderful present to take home.
Charming, great location, definitely recommend!

My husband and I loved this hotel. I had been in communication with the staff prior to our visit and they were so helpful before and during our stay. I knew the rooms would be small and, while it was even smaller than I anticipated, the place was so charming and the service so great it did not matter. The hotel is very close to a metro station and also to restaurants. The neighborhood was nice and it was quiet at night. When we go back to Paris, we will stay here again. It was wonderful!
An enjoyable visit to Paris staying in a small friendly hotel

We arrived well before our check-in time and the hotel staff were very helpful in that our luggage was put into a locked luggage room so we were then able to start our sightseeing of Paris. Our room which was on the third floor was large enough for us and clean, we even received a small gift to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary.Breakfast is taken in the dining area/conservatory, if the tables are full they set you up in the lounge area, there was plenty to eat at breakfast and no one minded if you took your time.
On departure we were allowed again to leave our suitcase in the luggage room, go off for the day and return to collect it before heading to the airport.
100% PERFECT !!!
