    Oh well i'm a fan of Campanile hotels, so what to say, polite staff, inexpensive (30 eur / night, 3 star hotel), and near city center and metro stops!

  • Ohh... we had asked our tour manager to let our luggage straight be transported to our room and one of the bags was there and other was not when we arrived. A tourist's nightmare. Kept on asking for 3-4 hours to the staff and they were not responding. Then when I gave them some stern legal warning and stuff they started searching. NOT GOOD NOT GOOD... so arrogant were people.
