My partner and I stayed here about two years ago. I have to say, what a wondeful experience. From the moment we opened our balcony doors and saw The Eiffle Tower just to our left and so closeit was perfect. The room was small but very French and just what we were looking for.We have spent our working lives travelling and staying in Large, characterless, modern boxes/suites,that are called ist class hotels. Now we are retired, we try to find something a little more of the area. The staff were wonderful,The breakfast was great too .To us this was a real find. Very close to the Champs Elysees, and the Arcde Triomphe. Highly recommend to anyone who doesn't want a big chain hotel.
Quiet, Safe neighborhood. 3-4 minute walk to the Kleber metro station. Good spot to set up as a home base to explore Paris if you don't want to be in a noisy area.
Theme: Hotel
Comparison: about average
Directions: 2-3 blocks from the Arc de Triumph and 3 mins walk to the Champs Elysee in a very clean and quiet neighborhood.
its a small hotel, but i found the staff nice and easy to talk to my french is not great but they were able to tell me how to get every where, it is walking distance from everything
the food in the small dining room was good, there a market close by and a atm on the corner taxi and bakery close also and on tuesday a open market down about two blocks. 10 min walk to eiffel tower and river. safe at night
Alovely boutique Hotel, situated just minutes from the Arc de Triomph.Great service, polite staff.lovely room.good breakfast. Would recommend highly. Very reasonably priced.
When I opened the balcony doors of my room, I looked to the right and saw the Arc de Triomphe, looked to the left and saw the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast waitress was great and the service was also great. The staff were very friendly .I only had one French phrase which I had practised to perfection and when I used it they were all so very charming and helpful.
As long as you understand that most European hotel rooms are the size of postage stamps, you should be okay in this hotel. This hotel is very charming, and has a very Parisian decor inside the rooms. High speed wireless is available in the rooms for a fee, but I simply used the desktop they have available in the lobby.
The staff is multi-lingual, and very knowledgeable about the city. There are two Metro stops nearby on Rue Hamelin, and the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe are within walking distance.
