The location of the hotel is great, it has the peacefulness of being on a small street but the Arc de Triomph is just a few minutes walk away. The closest Metro station is L'Argentine at about 3 mins walk from the hotel. The Eiffel Tower and Louvre are also within walking distance but maybe about 30-45mins, the Metro maybe more convenient. There is a small bar in the hotel and breakfast room but no restaurant (but who needs a restaurant in their hotel when you're in Paris!).
A few doors from the hotel you'll find a bolangerie which is also good.
