Good on your budget hotel chain

I have stayed at quite a number of Formule 1 hotels around France and considered staying at this one - I ended up not but i did end up at Saint Ouen to look at the cathedral there so I would recommend the location okay - its a good idea to use the website to look at the locations - even better to obtain a book showing you where their hotels are all over Europe so that when you are tgravelling around you can be aware if one is near or where you will be so you can take advantage of them.

They are great for when you have a car and with their book which usually has a little map or written directions to find them off whichever freeway they are located next to and are a real advantage that way - drive in and drive out accommodation rather than going into the heavily trafficed streets of inner cities trying to find other accommodation choices. leaves you to drive in when you are ready to do the tourist thing!

Unique Quality: These places are usually between 22euro to 28 euro a night for up to three people in a room - the rooms have a double bed plus bunk above.
There is airconditioning, a tv and a sink with hot and cold water and towels provided.

showers and toilets are located not usually far from your room and have shower gel and hair shampoo dispensers.
If you arrive after closing time there is the advantage of a credit card machine at the entrance where you can book and pay for a room with your card and a entry code/pin number will be given to you to enter the building and your room - you have to keep this number in your head or make sure you have the code on paper with you when you go out to the loo etc if you are travelling on your own!
there are always vending machines for hot drinks and soups and snack bars and so overnight and for only about 3-4 euro you can have a continental breakfast in the simple dining room in the morning.
check out time is midday as per the usual times on the continent!

budget

For the budget traveler in Paris, this is a deal. If one doesn't mind sharing showers outside of your room, then it isn't much different from american motels. I liked the fact that to open your room door , a code given to you daily by the staff must be used . This motel is located close to La Puces(largest flea and antique market) and short walk to the metro station. It is not Paris' Blvd. Haussman, which is surrounded by posh stores, but for saving money, it is worth a try.

Unique Quality: shared showers are cleansed automatically after every shower with some sort of mist.
