I have to say that personnel was OK.
The room was very clean, especially the bathroom.
We had heating, which was very important taking into consideration the outside low temperature and the airconditioning was also available.
The only problem was, that bathroom in the room we had, was very small and since it has no windows, the condensation was very strong...so it was humid inside and if you left something inside you could be sure it would be wet in the morning.
However, bathroom had warm shower and hairdryer. The soap and shower gel were also available.
The room was perfect for two beds, but the last day we have found the third bed in our room, which was most probably preparation for the new guests. The room got very small with the third bed.
