My stay was a brief working one. I travelled to Paris twice in a period of a few days. I caught the Eurostar there and back on both occasions and stayed at the Hotel Madeline which was a quintessential Parisian hotel. I though the city was quite a cold and bleak looking place so didn't really give it a chance as my stay was taken up with work.
