We stayed in the Hotel Palma for six nights back in the summer of 1997. There was no elevator so we had to climb the stairs each night, however they were very accomodating about adding a third bed to the room and the breakfasts every morning were lovely. It could be described as "quaint", however Hotel Palma was a great place to stay in a good location (right near the Arc de Triomphe).
