Capital city of love

My favorite place is Paris, so I very often take a little visit to this city if I have layoff. The Pavillion Villiers Etoile is an excellent hotel. It's marked as a three star category hotel but according to my experience I can tell you it's a little bit more. The approach of this hotel from airports is very easily by RER lines and the location of the hotel is very close to the METRO LINE 2. This hotel can be a good choice if you would like stay in the heart of Paris.

Unique Quality: This hotel is consists of 50 or 55 spacious room. Their unlimited breakfast is excellent ;) I can recommend this hotel for your business or holiday trip with whole family. The services and the prices are in direct proportion, so you'll enjoy your staying here.

Recommended Hotel in Paris!

This was a charming hotel, the staff were very friendly and they went out of their way to help me. The rooms were clean and quite good size. Although like many hotels of this class in Paris the TV's are tiny and the ensuite is really for convenience than for luxury. I stayed here for 1 week and found it very relaxing!

Unique Quality: The location of this hotel is amazing, its 4 minutes from Villiers Metro station, and there are a wealth of exceptional markets and shops dotted all around.
There are some very nice restaurants in this area too.Pigalle is a 20 minute walk from here.
The area itself is very safe for all types of travellers.

How do I get to London from Paris by Train?

by BarryAir

The wife and I will be coming to Paris on November 1 for a 6 day stay. I would like to get to London by train for a day or so. Our Hotel is in the North section of Paris (Pavillion Villiers Etoile)...My favorite subject is the Battle of brittian during WW2. I am looking for Brittish and Luftwaffe stories, places, and memorabelia.

Hi,

Nice easy question! Answer: You take the Eurostar. It leaves from gare du Nord in Paris and goes to Waterloo Station (after that you will have to go to the London forum for advice.

As far as souvenirs are concerned I am assuming you want to buy them in London because in Paris you will find nothing of that sort. It is a very unpleasant memory here and they lost and were occupied, etc. so...

Also anything with a nazi connation is against the law in France.

Have a nice vacation,

Emily

Take the Eurostar train from Gare du Nord, you will be in London in less than 2 hours. See www.eurostar.com.

The Imperial War Museum is fantastic for the conflicts Boer War on. The National Army Museum is definitive for the British Army before that.

The RAF chapel at Biggin Hill is a must-the artist who did the stained glass flew Mosquitos during the war and has a little glass mosquito in one of the windows.
