    Pluses: Friendly staff. Good location.

    Minuses: Tiny, overpriced room (#11) with maintenance issues: large hole in tub enclosure that was covered by a book and hair dryer that was ineffectively patched with tape (see photos). Insecure lobby and front desk. Not air-conditioned. Rooms on the street side have to open windows when it gets warm and listen to a lot of street noise.

    Bottom line: bad value, even for Paris.
