I like Hotel des Mines off the RER B (Luxembourg) so direct to and from CDG. www.hotel-desmines-paris.com
Within your budget, next to Jardins du Luxembourg
This hotel is well situated in the 8th arrondissement, sufficiently close to all major attractions.
This hotel has Internet specials at this price which is quite reasonable by Paris standards
Paris has about a half dozen train stations. Which one did you want to be close to? Usually, the best hotel values are not located next to a train station.
I have not stayed at this hotel but see nothing wrong with your choice; it's well located and not expensive (even for a 2 star).
If you would like additional suggestions:
31 Av George V, 8th Arr., Paris
43 avenue Bugeaud, Paris
19 rue du Champ de Mars, Paris
28 Place des Vosges, Paris
