Great Customer Service
We made reservations at the Hotel du Ministere months ago with the intent of staying five days. Our plans changed and I emailed the hotel requesting an earlier departure. They responded the next day. I also have noticed rate decreases on the internet twice and emailed a request to change our rate to the lower ones. They replied both times in a very courteous manner reducing our rates.
We do now know these folks, but they have treated us like friends. They could have taken advantage of us because very few hotels in Paris offer "quad" rooms for four adults. Instead, they were very accomodating. We look forward to meeting the staff at the hotel and having a wonderful time enjoying the Hotel du Ministere and Paris!
Due to their Customer Service, I know these people will take good care of us!
