Helpfulness
Inexpensive, clean and convenient
Since 1997, I've stayed at this hotel on three occasions. It is quite cheap compared to other hotels in Paris, and the location is convenient. This is not a luxury hotel, so don't expect to have your bed turned down every evening or mints on your pillow. The rooms are very small, but always clean. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, TV and telephone. A simple breakfast is usually included, and there is a coffee machine in the lobby where you can buy coffee for a small fee.
The hotel is less than 5 minutes from the Rome Metro station on Line 2, and a short 5-minute walk from the Place de Clichy station on Lines 2 and 13.
Two tips: State clearly that you don't want a room on the ground floor. It gets incredibly noisy. Although it is not well advertised, you can get unlimited internet access for your laptop at 5 euros for 24 hours if you inquire at reception.
Unique Quality: Inexpensive, compared to other hotels in Paris, clean and conveniently located. The rooms are very small.
