The price is good, as is the availability - it's common to struggle to find a decent price for a hotel in the centre. It's close to the RER Station - a short walk, and if you've got a travel pass that covers up to region 5 of the RER (which you also need for the airport or Versailles) then you won't have to pay extra.
There's nothing particularly special about the hotel - but it's clean and does a nice buffet breakfast.
