Found this hotel on the AccorHotels website, for my second visit to Paris. The trip wasn't that great, but the hotel was!
We drove in from England, via Dover-Calais and were not looking forward to driving into the city, after the bad experience on the last trip. So decided to look for a hotel on the outskirts.
The IBIS offers great weekend prices. We got 2 double rooms that were for 69 Euro a night, at 49 Euros. Plus a E6 per person per day for breakfast (if u want it), plus a E4 per day charge to park your car.
The rooms were functional and comfortable with a TV, Shower phone. The staf courtious and the little bar at the reception for the guests. The restauraunt was good too, though we didn't eat there!
Unique Quality: The hotels location is the best thing going for it. Its in Saint Denis, zone 2 of paris, right next to the highway as well. so easy come and easy go.
the station is 5 minutes walk, and u can be in central paris in 10 minutes which is 2 stations away.
for us it worked out perfectly!!! the one days pass ie Mobilis, that we bought at the train station gave unlimited travel on paris trains, busses and metro in zone 1(central paris) and 2(saint denis)
and there is a mcdonalds next door, if u like that sort of food!
