I was working with the Jolly Hotel, i decide to take my opportunities to stay at the Jolly chain in Paris.
4 star luxury hotel, great ambience and very french. Its cheap, you could get a weekend rate sometimes at EURO110 per night depending on the special promotion.
But a deluxe room with a view with staff rate i paid was fantastic.

Sometimes I simply love my company !!! Overnight stay in a luxury hotel is something you'll never forget .. try this, with tons of fresh flowers in the lobby, an extra-expensive bar (11 euro - Fernet Branca, a small glass, not the whole bottle !) and people overtaking care about you.
Breakfast can be improved but location is simply amazing.

For the same price this hotel is leaps and bound better than the Le Meridien Etoile, and in a much better location.

The Jolly Hotel Lottie (4-Star) offers decent sized, clean, well equipped modern rooms to those staying in Paris. Located near the Rue de Rivoli, its with easy walking distance to the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Arc d'Triumph, and Lafayette Gallery.
Decent breakfast buffet, combination of hot and cold meats, plus eggs, cheeses, pastries, and juice, tea and coffee.
The evening meal was excellent, and decent value for the money.
Unique Quality: Our rooom had a nice sized tub, with bath salts and foams provided, as well as heated floor, towel racks, and bath robes. Great after spending a full day seeing the attractions.

Very nice Hotel next to the Ritz and Coastes. It cost about $210 a night but if its for your honeymoon it is well worth it. The bathrooms are huge and the location is great.

Just back from our 3 night stay in Paris at the Jolly Hotel Lotti. We booked it online with Travelocity and got a great rate on the De Luxe Room. Would highly recommend you spring for the De Luxe rooms...very spacious, beautiful bathrooms, heated towels. The location is terrific and is central to everything. We never ate there as we had croissants and coffee out in the mornings so cannot comment on the hotel restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
I have traveled to Paris a dozen times and selected the Jolly Hotel Lotti from the internet based on the star rating and the photos for a 2-week stay. The rooms are not at all like the photos and the service is terrible. My room was 12 x 14 feet, the bed was a thin mattress on a plywood board ( I am not exaggerating), the carpet was thread bare and the paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. I asked to get a better room and while I was talking to a woman at the front desk another man who worked at the front desk asked what we were doing. When she told him, he said in french "it is good enough for him" - he didn't know I understand french. The woman upgraded me to a larger room but even it was shabby. Don't ruin your vacation by staying at this hotel. If you don't believe me ask why the Michelin guide dropped this hotel from their definitive hotel rating guide book. This used to be a great hotel, but now it is run down and literally has no stars. There are plenty of other hotels that cost about the same that are very much better in quality and service.
Both are elegant, small and conveniently located.
