Now the Mercure Champs Elysees
I was searching for a centrally located hotel to stay in during my 40th birthday celebration visit 2004. My only criteria was that it should be reasonably priced and centrally located. I called my friend who works for an executive who owns many hotels throughout the world and she said she could get me a decent rate at this hotel. I jumped at the opportunity and booked our 3 nights stay.
