Cosy and Basic
by djpublicenemy about Marceau Champs Elysees
Well, there is nothing much to say about this hotel, it's really basic .. the rooms are a bit small , but it has a bath tub, a TV , and a minibar . So if you are looking for something cheap and basic just for crashing in then its a good place .
The Hotel is located beside the 'Alma Marceau' metro station (walking distance) ,that is a stop away from the 'franklin roosevellt' metro station . the best thing about it, is that its REALLY Close to Tour Eiffel, if you walk to the intersection at the beginning of the street it will be very clear to see it.
There is a nice supermarket at the backstreet of the hotel as well as a Very good Cheese shop.

I stayed at the California Saint Germain and found it to be a good value. We had a room in the back which was very quiet. Located between the 5th and 6th ar.
With the weather in Paris the way it has been double check that the air-conditioner works before checking in :-)
