Millennium Opera Paris, Paris, France - Reviews and Hotel Information

Located on the elegant Blvd. Haussman, the Millenium Opera is a 4 star hotel well situated close to the Opera Garnier and to shopping. It has an impressive, richly decorated lobby and front desk. A wonderful sitting area with a bar makes for a nice place to gather for a drink in the evening before dinner. The restaurant is good, if expensive. The morning brunch is excellent, but overpriced, in my opinion. Two excellent dept. stores, Galleries Lafayette and Printemps, are located just up the street ..about a 5-10 minute walk. An ATM is located just across the blvd.

While the hotel lobby was very grand and our room a good size (for Paris), our bathroom could have used a bit of care. The marble tiles on the floor needed some repair and the water pressure was a bit weak. It was larger than most hotel bathrooms in Paris, though. We were there during a very hot spell and the air conditioning in our room was broken the first 2 days. It was repaired within a few hours of our letting the front desk know.
