Nice but unnerving
The hotel itself was nice and the first concierge we encountered was wonderful. Very nice and helpful. the last concierge was horrible. He was more concerned with his cigarettes than being helpful. I gave up working with him while trying to schedule a train reservation. the rooms are about what you'd expect from Europe..smallish but still very nice and clean.
