Has anyone stayed in this hotel before? is the location good? ie. fairly central, safe and near a metro stop?

Seems to be pretty good reviews on tripadvisor and inexpensive. http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g187147-d264823-Reviews-Hotel_Nemours-Paris_Ile_de_France.html. It is hard to tell which metro stop it is close by, possibly Oberkampf.

Thanks. i will be reaching paris via eurostar. How do I get to hotel nemours from Paris Nord station other than taxi? I will be with minimal luggage.
