La defense Hotel or Gare Du Nord Hotel?
I have to choose between Hotel Ibis La defense and Hotel Ibis Gare Du Nord La Fayette.
Any sugestions which would be better in terms of travelling to CDG, to Versailles and returning from Disneyland ?

Well for your travels to CDG Gare du Nord is certainly better. To Versailles none of them is great. From Disneyland direct to la Defense but longer trip.
But Gare du NOrd, even though more central, is not great

The main thing to know is that La Défense is a business area with scape sky, outside Paris. Depends if you like or not.

LA DEFENSE
Direct train Disneyland (RER) , and to Versailles, but very desertic on sunday and in the evening
Good if you want just to sleep here
The ibis is near the Seine river, at Pont de Neuilly : 20 mn from the RER station
A big commercial center is there if you like shopping
GARE DU NORD
Direct to CDG Airport by train (RER)
Very busy and popular area
