Even though the hotel is technically in Sevres and certainly not in the city centre, I loved it. It is a short walk from the metro stop (Pont de Severs) and a short walk in the other direction from a nice barasserie, shopping market, pharmacy and a few small shops.
I loved our room. . .huge by European standards with two queen beds. We had a little balcony overlooking a courtyard that was very nice. The bathroom was very clean and not too small.
Unique Quality: The hotel has 24 hour reception, a bar and breakfast. It was spotless all around! For me, the train ride home at night was enjoyable and the walk over the Seine a nice end to the evening. One night, we stayed out past the trains schedule and had to take a taxi. We were near the Moulin Rouge and so taxis were plentiful but I've heard that we were lucky in that. It was about 30 euro for the taxi ride.
